As you should know that the basic dress code for neet exam includes :

• Half sleves T-shirt or shirt
• A simple trouser.

If you have a black trouser then you can wear it without any kind of hesitation.

The thing or clothes you must avoid to wear are party wear dresses or ethnic dresses as well.
