Can you please be more specific and clear to you question?
Anyways at any stage of your life you can be a singer. You just need to passionate about it. If you are good at singing then you can make music/ join any band/ make a YouTube channel/ give auditions and if you're a beginner then learn music as per your availability of resources. And it's an arts college then you may get an exposure of different societies and learnings.
