No, such students will not have to fill "Passed" in their 12th board column. It's a different case that the exam is postponed and is happening after th board results are out. This will not change the criteria and rules for application filling. The status will remain as what you have filled before. The status is filled with "Passed" when the candidate has qualified the exam in the previous years.
