Dear Sir  / Ma'm, the hall ticket for JIPMER entrance test has been available for download from May, 20th and the last date for which is 2nd June 2019. Sonetimes, due to a network error or traffic in the network the hall ticket fails to get downloaded and messages such as these are displayed. It would be a suggestion to go to some cyber cafe and download it from there.
