Hi Debashish,
It is the qualifying criteria for JIPMER. It means you have to score minimum 50 percentile in JIPMER exam. Otherwise you are not qualified. The minimum criteria for reserved category is 45 percentile. For more details go through the link https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/jipmer-mbbs-cut-off.
