The chances are nil with your SC category rank-17066 because 2018's cut off rank details shows that the opening and closing rank was for SC was 13 - 53 for Puducherry and 59 - 318 for Karaikal campuses and total only 20 seats are reserved for SC which is quite competetive.You should look for some other colleges or courses.
