The qualification percentile is already released.

The closing rank for general category is 12,for obc - ncl is 76,sc 44 and st 30.The nri and unreserved citizens should secure 50th percentile for qualification. Jipmer only provides 200 seats for mbbs so it is tougher than neet which is obvious. The expected score to enter in JIPMER  is 150 and above. So the cutoff can get as high to 170 if the paper level was easy.

Also the JIPMER is not based on the minimum marks, it is actually based on the merit you have to top on the list to get an entry. It is also based on the state domicile. If you belong to Puducherry you have higher chances to get an entry. Hope this helped. All the best.
