Jise improvement xam deni h wo wbjee form me kya fill-up krega..form me kewal passed or equivalent diya hua hai..plz ans dijiye?

You should fill as PASSED since you have already passed class 12th board exams and you are only appearing in improvement exam to improve your class 12th exams marks.
