Getting into NIT itself is a great
achievement so, congratulations.
Now, I believe that rather than focusing on
the ranking of the college focus on which branch you want to opt for. It is no secret that metallurgy doesn’t have much scope for placements and on the other hand NIT has a better offering when it comes to placements. I believe that the
location of the NIT and its ranking should be the deciding factor for the branch.
