These both universities are very respected and reputed. BHU offers more courses as compared to JNU. BHU offers world class facility, own hospital and the largest library in India. It all depends on the course you want to take and according to your interest. BHU is ranked one of the top Engineering College in India. The placement of BHU is also really impressive.
