For the JNUEE exam, the candidate must possess a bachelor's degree with fifty percent or more to be suitable for the registration process of this exam. Ultimate year graduation students are also suitable for the registration but they have to submit the required documents within the stipulated time. This exam is conducted for reception into various ug and pg degrees available in JNU.

For the NIMCET exam, a bachelor's degree in any domain is required. Conclusive year students are also suitable.
Aspirants who attained 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA or above (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA or above for SC/ ST) In programs like BSc / BSc (Hons) / BCA / BIT of three years or more and having Mathematics/Statistics/Equivalent subject as compulsory subjects from identified univ.
B.E or B.Tech degree holders can apply.
This exam is administered for admission into the MCA degree in the participating NITs in Trichy, Allahabad, Ranchi, Warangal, etc.
