There are other companies that do encourage candidates with colour blindness like BHEL, ISRO, DRDO, DRDL, SAIL, GAIL, IOCL. Apart from this you can even apply for IPS, IAS, IES, Indian Post, BSNL, MTNL, RBI etc.
Besides this you can even apply for jobs in MNC's and private sector companies like RIL, Airtel, Nokia, Samsung, JCB etc.
Medical test is must to get selected by Indian PSU's and colour blindness is included in the list of medical test. Many Indian PSU companies don't encourage candidates with colour blindness like JSPL, ONGC, HPCL, Delhi Metro, Indian Army, Navy and Defence sectors etc.
