    Dear Sir / Ma"m, in such a case the college may deduct a certain amount of the money deposited to it by you and return the rest of the money along with the documents so that you can go for your state quota counseling'd allotted college. What amount of money, the college will deduct depends entirely on the college as it differs from one college to another.
