Hello student Jee main entrance examination pattern are as mentioned below -

Exam mode - Compute based examination

EExam Duration--3hrs

Subjects--Physics chemistry Mathematics

Total number of questions-90 (need to answer 75 questions) (Each subject will have 20 MCQs and 10 numerical ques out of which 5 is must)

Type of Questions-20 Objective questions having 4 options each with only 1 correct option

10 Numerical questions out of which 5 needs to be answere d

Marking Scheme - 4 Marks for correct answer - 1 marks for wrong answer. No negative marks for Numerical answers.

Hi

JEE Mains 2021 examination pattern is provided below for both paper 1 and Paper 2

PAPER -1

In your JEE Mains 2021 examination paper 1 , there will be a total of 90 question, out of which 75 questions are  to be attempted

And these questions are from three subjects :-

*  30 questions from physics.

* 30 questions  from Chemistry .

* 30 questions  from maths.

The 30 questions  in each Subject,  will be divided into two sections -

*Section A :- A Section will contain 10 MCQs or multiple-choice questions.

* Section B :- it will contain 10 numerical value questions whose   answers are to be filled in by you as a numerical value. You  have to attempt only 5   questions out of the  total 10 numerical value questions .

So, out of 30 questions in each subject only 25 questions are to be attempted, so in total  25 x 3 = 75 questions out of 90 questions are to be attempted.

Each question carries 4 marks

Exam is conducted for a total of

= 75 x 4
= 300 marks

Marking scheme :-

*four marks is awarded for your every correct answer
* 1 mark in deducted for your every wrong answer MCQs
* no marks is deducted for your wrong answer in case of numerical value question

PAPER -2

B.Arch

*Exam is conducted for a total of 400 marks

*there are a total of 82 questions

There are 3 sections

*Mathematics
There are a total of 30 questions in mathematics. 20 Questions are MCQs and rest 10 questions are questions with numerical value as the answer , out of which only 5 questions are  to be attempted.

*Aptitude
50 MCQs are there

*Drawing
2 questions are there

B.Planning

*Exam is conducted for a total of 400 marks

*there are a total of 105 questions

There are 3 sections

*Mathematics
There are a total of 30 questions in mathematics. 20 Questions are MCQs and rest 10 questions are questions with numerical value as the answer , out of which only 5 questions are to be attempted.

*Aptitude
50 MCQs are there

*Planning
25 MCQs are there

Hello,

JEE MAIN 2021 is a Computer-based examination. The duration of the examination is 3 hours (4 hours for persons with benchmark disabilities) and questions will be asked from the subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.


There will be a total of 90 questions (need to answer 75 questions) (Each subject will have 20 MCQs and 10 numerical ques out of which 5 is must. 20 Objective questions having 4 options each with only 1 correct option and 10 Numerical questions out of which 5 needs to be answered).


JEE Main 2021 Marking Scheme is as below:

For MCQs - 4 Marks will be awarded for every correct answer and 1 Mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer

For answer with a numeric value - 4 Marks will be awarded for every correct answer and 0 Mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer
