Yes Aspirant, definitely, there is a withdrawal option after deduction of 1500 from seat acceptance fee. But there are certain rules to the withdrawal like :

• After filling the locking of choice option JOSAA will conduct two mock seat allocation procedure to know the seats that are available for a candidate.
• After the candidates will fill and lock their final choices, they will be slotted college. There are total 7 rounds of JOSAA 2020 seat allotment as you know.
• Candidates who are satisfied with their alloted seats can get their provisional letter from site. And they will pay seat acceptance fee Rs. 35,000 only.
• To withdraw the option, candidate who had accepted a seat and paid must report to one of the required seats upto 6th round. Uf you have considered withdraw option in earlier rounds then you will not be alloted any seats in further rounds.
• For withdrawal: fill bank account details in which you want refund, upload image of cancelled cheque and download request letter.
• Sign the request letter by both parents, and report to the centre to vacate the seat. After deduction of 1500, you will soon get your money back.
