Congratulations. If you have reported at the reporting center in the 1st round for document verification and choose to Float it's fine. If you get upgraded in the sequential round of JOSAA and you want to float/freeze the seat then you have to again report at the RC. Hope this piece of information is helpful. Good Luck.
