FIrst thing is it is important to only select the colleges and branches in which you are interested if you do not do so then you will have to suffer so it is always better to prioritize your choices. If you are flexible with any college and branch then you can list the colleges in which you have less chances of getting seat.There is no threat in giving the first preferences to the college/branch in which you have less chances of getting seat if you are in those colleges/branches.But make sure that you also give the preferences to the colleges in which you have decent chances of getting seat,
