Hi aspirant,
According to the guidelines of MHRD, candidates need to pay an amount of rupees 35000(general candidates) and rupees 15000 for SC, Gen-PwD, ST, OBC-NCL-PwD, ST-PwD and SC-PwD in order to accept the seat allotted at IITs, 31 NITs, 23 IIITs and 23 Other-GFTIs.
If you accept the seat and don't pull out your name in further rounds of counselling, the paid amount will be adjusted in the first semester fees.
