hope you are doing great. YES, JSOS is a valid board. It is not a fake one. It got its recognition under the government of Jharkhand. So, it's a valid board. The board is to provide open education for the students, who which to pursue distant education. However, some of the exams, will not accept the board, but maximum exams does.
