Hello,

Judiciary exams are conducted for recruitment in jobs in judicial posts under state and centre. UPSC Civil Services Exam is conducted for recruitment of A level officers for All India Services such as IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS etc.

Syllabus of judiciary exam is much less than UPSC exam. Judiciary exam syllabus usually includes language, general awareness and law related topics. Whereas UPSC syllabus includes GS subjects such as History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Disaster Management, Security, Science and Technology. Also, you need to select optional paper for UPSC. There are in total 7 papers in UPSC CSE Mains. So the syllabus is very vast. Infact it has the most vast syllabus compared to any other exam in India.

Good luck
