Dr.Ambedkar medical college is a private medical institute. The seats are filled by KEA during state counselling. As you know, the counselling process has bgun and tomorrow is the last date for registration to UG NEET State counselling in Karnataka. The results of seat allocation is expected to be released during last week of November or first week of December, furthur which there will be next rounds of counselling.
No admission to MBBS college can happen without KEA counselling. The dates that you saw were probably the tentatives ones posted earlier as initially they were the expected dates for counselling and it has got delayed.

Karnataka Examination Authority conducts the NEET counselling in the state for admission into MBBS and BDS courses. The counselling has started on 7th november 2020. Initially 9th November was the last day to submit the registration forms and apply, but now the date has been extended till 12th November 2020 (5:30 pm).
