just waiting for counselling dates of appgecet through gate 2019 since so many dates have passed when they will announce?

If you are mentioning about gate 2019 then the counselling has been concluded on 11 July .
In case you are talking about seats through ap pgecet then counselling has not yet begun so it might take few days for official notification to come as last year it was in Las week of July .
