Just wanted to know that when you apply for PES can we get admission through comedk also?

If you apply for PESU ,and you are unable to qualify PESSAT or even if there is any other reason, you can surely get admission in PESU through COMEDK,provided you meet the cutoffs of this college of your preferred branch.
