If you are asking about admission to Kalinga University for B.Sc (Hons) Mathematics course, then you can download the application form from the website and must attach the form with notarized or attested (from a Gazetted officer) photocopies of all eligibility certificates - Copy of X, XII Mark Cards & Migration Certificate/ Transfer Certificate.
