Karnataka opened option filling for pvt med colleges for non-locals. How about govt medical colleges? How to apply in gov colleges?

Dear candidate,
only Karnataka students can apply for private medical colleges unless the private college's counseling and admission process aren't under state counseling that is they are doing separate admission for their college or unless the state has opened the option for non Karnataka students as well. any non karnataka student is only eligible for all india quota seats in government medical college.
