kcet correction date is over, but in my application date of birth is wrong, is any possible way to change my date of birth now /

As the correction window is passed you can't make changes to your application form now. I would suggest you to contact the KCET officials through mail or call the helpline number 080-23460460 and wait for the response from the KCET officials and act accordingly.
