Hello,

You haven't mentioned your category and the institute for which you wish to know the cut off rank. Cut off is determined based on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. The cut off is category specific, institute specific and course specific. For example in 2021 the cut off for admission to Computer Science Engineering in to S K S J T Institute of Engineering. Bangalore was 11283 for general category candidate in round 2 of the counselling the cut off for admission to the same course in the same institute was 14859  for 2AG category. The cut off for admission to Electronics in the same institute for 2AG category was 25558. As you can see the cut off is varying. So there is no unique number indicating the cut off rank. You need to secure a rank based on the cut off. For reference you can check the cut off by clicking on the link below

Cut off changes every year depending on total number of candidates, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available.

To secure a decent rank you need to aim to score minimum 90-110 marks or above in KCET.
