The document needed for the KCET 2021 counselling process

In the sequential order listed below, candidates must carry the necessary original documentation in addition to attested photocopies for verification.

• Original copy of the Chalan demonstrating payment of the CET-2021 application fees
• "CET2021" Entry Ticket.
• 10th Standard Marks Card for SSLC.
• 12th Standard Marks Card for second PUC.
• The concerned BEO or DDPI countersigned the study certificate.
• Two most current passport-size images.
• The production of the following records is required, "ONLY if appropriate."
• To claim Supernumerary Quota seats, a concerned Tahasildar provided an income certificate.
• First through tenth grade Kannada-medium study certificates for applicants seeking Kannada-medium reservation benefits, countersigned by the concerned BEO.
• Rural Study Certificates for Grades 1 through 10, countersigned by the BEO in question, and a Verification Certificate (only for GM Candidates)
• For candidates claiming benefits under the reservation policy, a caste certificate, caste income certificate, or income certificate must be obtained from the relevant Tahasildar. (Caste and income certificates in Forms 'D' for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, 'E' for Category-I, 'F' for other backward classes like 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B, issued by the jurisdictional Tahasildar)
• During document verification, candidates claiming the Hyderabad-Karnataka Region Reservation (Article 371(j)) must present the Certificate (eligibility certificate-rule 3(3)) issued by the relevant Assistant Commissioner.
• For candidates claiming eligibility for government seats based on the domicile, study, or work of the parent, they must submit documents such as the parent's study certificate, parent's hometown certificate, parent's job certificate, parent's cumulative record, parent's marks card, etc.
• Affidavit of the candidate asserting eligibility under the Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga clauses, duly sworn in.
• Identity card provided by the District Magistrate, Rehabilitation Commissioner, or Jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner to applicants claiming Jammu & Kashmiri Migrants Quota eligibility for government seats.
