KCET 2020 is set to be conducted on July 30th, 2020 and July 31st, 2020 as announced by the KEA. The exam is generally held much earlier but was postponed due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The date for the release of the admit card will be released a few days prior to the examination itself.
KCET examination is conducted by the state of Karnataka to grant admissions to students in various private and public Institutions for various streams including Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture etc.
The eligibility criteria to appear for KCET is that a candidate must have passed their 10+2 from a recognised board in the science stream with a minimum aggregate score of 55%. The core subjects of the candidate depend on the course they wish to opt for. These subjects include Mathematics/Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
The examination itself is objective type and consists of 180 questions of every subject as selected by the candidate.
