If this is the annual income, then surely you will be eligible for Supernumerary Quota (SNQ)as, if candidate's income is less that Rs. 6.0 lakhs per year he or she becomes automatically eligible for SNQ quota. However with this rank it is difficult to say whether you will be able to avail the quota or not as the seats are limited.
