Congratulations for getting good rank in KCET. As you are not mentioned any category so I will give a suggestion with respect to open category. So as you mentioned you want electronics and communication branch and you were given KCET  so some good colleges of Karnataka that you may get with this rank in the E&C branch are:

1) visvesvaraya technological university, belgaon.

2)BMS college of engineering.

3)Siddaganga institute of technology

4)Dayanand Sagar university

These are good colleges for you also you may get better colleges than this such as R.V. college of engineering you may try for that colleges also.

Also you must go with college predictor tool which will definitely helpful for you in predicting good colleges according to your rank

I suggest you to first go with some colleges having higher cut offs for last years and then you list the colleges that are near to the rank you got and after that you list the colleges in which definitely you can get admission. So you go with the similar list in the admission process.
