Now that the state ranks have been released you must go to your state's official counselling site and register yourself. If you are applying for various courses and not just one then you must apply separately for each and fill in your choices accordingly. However it depends on the courses- say for MBBS and BDS you don't have to register separately and can give your preferances together.
