Hello dear,
I think that st Thomas College of Engineering Kolkata is slightly better than kholpur Institute of Technology kholpur because it provides overall all facilities to their students and they focus on overall development of students if you are thinking about placement and education then it is very good. their faculties are highly experienced and many top companies like CTS and Infosys are coming there for recruiting students every year so I think that you have to go for it.
