Kiit is asking two days for counselling. Is it mandatory to attend both days of counselling?Please reply fast.

Hello Rishika!

It is not mandatory to attend both the days of counseling. Moreover both the dates are for different purposes. The first day counseling is for women(general and reserved), where you are alloted your branch as per the women's rank that you have secured. The second day counseling is for both men and women(general and reserved category for male and only the general category for females ).

However attending the first day of counseling is beneficial since you may have more chances of getting into your desired branch owing to the lesser number of women candidates appearing in the exam.

You may not get The same branch in the second day of counseling  that you can get in the very first day of counseling.
