Hey, make sure you are well versed with the NCERT especially for biology and Chemistry. For physics, no book is too important. Have your concepts cleared. Pick up any good looking book and practise as much questions as you can. I had prepared DC Pandey.

All the above mentioned books are very nice. Arihant's prep guide for neet is the best among all as it contains more than 10000 mcqs covering all topics.
