Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well. During the MCC NEET counselling 2021, aspirants need to fill the choices of colleges as well as courses for admission. After the registration process, NEET-UG seat allotment will be done on the basis of NEET scores, choices filled, seat availability, reservation criteria and others.
NEET counselling registration round one link will be provided at the official website - mcc.nic.in. To register for NEET counselling 2021 first round, aspirants need to enter their personal, academic, NEET-UG, contact and other details. Students need to pay their NEET 2021 counselling registration fee online mode.
NEET UG Counselling for State Quota seats:
Admissions to 85% of the seats in Government colleges of the state, all seats in private unaided/aided minority /non-minority medical/ dental colleges in the state will be through the state NEET counselling 2021 process.

Hello,
The NEET PG counselling dates has been postponed by MCC till further notice , although home state counselling for NEET PG 2021 has been started in States like Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh .

Hello,
Yes every state is an open state except for Jammu and Kashmir. All the states have 15℅ of their seats reserved for other than home state candidates and 85℅ seats for home state quota . Yes you have to attend the counselling provided you want to get admissions in the private colleges of the states you have mentioned.
