yes you can come in software engineering field even you have commerce stream in 10+2 score.
join bca (bachelor in computer application) 3 years degree course in any reputed institute. see as you are not science back ground to done bca will not be enough to land a job as software developer. you need to do mca course of 2 years after bca. then you may surely get job as a software developer. it may be challenging but if you work hard you surely get success.
