You will have to check the cut-off for this university. According to the previous year records, the cut-off for this unviersity was around 58.25 marks for BA. However the cut-off varies based on your category, religion, home state as well as other quotas are also applicable. For engineering, the cut-off is generally around 105 for non muslim, general male candidates. Around 30k rank is required for getting a seat in this univesity under CSE branch.
