Hi,
Yes, the candidate above 25 years of age can apply to neet exam. But there are some pending petition in supreme courts regarding the upper age limit criteria.
So a person above 25 years age can apply to beet ug exam but his candidature is subject to the outcome of pending Petitions before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
