KLEF University Guntur placement records are 100% for the past 16 years since the academic year of 2005-06. For the 2019-20 batch, 2891 students were placed. The students who received job offers belonged to the engineering fields of civil, IT, petroleum, computer, electronics, electrical, and streams of management, pharmacy, commerce, hotel management, science and humanities.

The Communication and Soft Skills department handles the Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation University Guntur pre-placement process. The department conducts mock interviews, live projects, industry visits, entrepreneurial skill development programmes and more.
