Hi Prateek,
Well predicting a rank like that in a state is a bit difficult because every year different number of students apply for state counseling and because of which the state ranks may differ.
Same goes for category state ranks as well. There is no actual number so as to how many SC students will attend the counseling this year and hence the prediction is difficult.
