Hi Yash, As per your query about admission in Medical in 60 %, i would like to ask you... You are asking for admission in MBBS/ BDS/ BHMS /BAMS/BPT Course??... 60 % in what?? 12 exam or NEET exam??
If you are asking only to give NEET entrance, then i would say YES you can give.... BUT by svoring 60% in 12 exam you DON'T get a medical seat.... YOU have to clear NEET entrance and get a good rank for your desire seat

Please share which particular course or college you are asking for or in case you are talking about MBBS through NEET, AIIMS,JIPMER eligibility then you can go through the below details -
NEET UG - UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST- 40%, PWD- 45%
