The eligibility criteria for CSIR NET is passed or appearing master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university securing 55% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, CSIR NET is mainly conducted for physical science, biological science, chemical science, mathematical science, earth science, since you're pursuing your post graduation in zoology you can appear for biological science for which you have to get the required aggregate against your respective category to be eligible for the same as I already mentioned, till now CSIR NET June 2021 has been conducted by early of 2022 that is in the month of January and February, the application form for December 2021 is yet to be released, CSIR NET is conducted twice a year, you may follow the official website at https://csirnet.nta.nic.in/ to re main updated about the schedule of the exam, CSIR NET is basically conducted for JRF and lecturer, there is no upper age limit for assistant professor/lecturer, for JRF it's 28 years, however relaxation in terms of age criteria is offered to reserved categories,
