Mostly, in the final round of selection, i.e. the interview round, they ask certain questions based on your hobby. So, you can have a look on what hobby you are mentioning and it must be true to your actual hobby.

The Civil Services Examination has three stages – Prelims, Mains and Interview (Personality Test.) The third stage which is the IAS Interview is a critical one where aspirants can be exposed to different questions from the UPSC panel.
So, while preparing your DAF ( Detailed application form) for your Interview round, you have to also fill details related to your extra-curricular activities and interests (hobbies) ,and it is very important for you to fill it honestly as the panel can ask you different questions on this.
You can surely mention Acting/ Theatre as your hobby and can expect questions as such from the board:
