Hello Aspirant,

Yes of course, there are many engineering colleges in India which conducts admission on the basis of 10+2 marks so as you are talking about MP board results of class 12th so yes you can get some engineering colleges in your state as well as in other states like Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and likewise.

But I would recommend to sit in JEE-Main so that you can get admission in top engineering institutions of India like NITs, IIITs and apart from this if you clear the cut-off for JEE-Advance then you will have chance to sit in the IITs which are the most premiere engineering institutions of India and even these are above all NITs and IIITs.

But the ultimate choice should be yours, if you feel that you can get good engineering colleges on the basis of your 10+2 marks then go for it.
