NEET is an entrance exam conducted by NTA to get admission in courses like MBBS BDS BAMS etc
You ain't need to clear the NEET entrance examination to get admission in B.Sc nursing in AIIMS.
You need to clear the AIIMS B.Sc nursing entrance examination to get admission in the course in AIIMS, The college you get will based on the marks you got in the exam.

No for admission to B.Sc. Nursing course offered by AIIMS Delhi, you don't need to clear NEET UG but AIIMS New Delhi has it's own entrance test to determine the eligibility of candidate for the aforesaid course.
So if you are seeking admission in B.Sc. Nursing course in AIIMS New Delhi then you should appear for AIIMS B.S. Nursing entrance examination. On the basis of score secured by you in that examination, seat will be allotted to you.

The national entrance examination will be administered by AIIMS. To be considered for admission to the BSc Nursing programme provided by the AIIMS institutes around India, candidates must sit for the AIIMS BSc Nursing exam. The entrance exams for BSc (Hons) Nursing and BSc (Post-Basic) Nursing are administered independently by AIIMS.
