So to give NDA exam you had to have Maths and Physics and if not you are not eligible to take the exam.
So, you can not give the NDA for naval and air force exam if you opt for arts in you intermediate but you can fo for the army wing .

According to the UPSC notification 2022 candidates between the age group of 16.5 to 19.5 years must have passed class 12th. You can apply for NDA Indian Army as the eligibility for Indian Army candidate need to pass 12th standard from State Education Board or a University. But for Indian Air Force and Naval candidate need to pass 12th standard with Physics and Mathematics from State Education Board or a University. So as you are arts candidate you will be eligible for Indian Army.
