hey, yes there is distance course for Bachelor of Arts and the fees will vary depending on the institution you choose. It will be anywhere between 3 thousand rupees to 15 thousand rupees per year. You will have to choose the institution you want to join and inquire about the fees. Some of the colleges are
IGNOU - Indira Gandhi National Open University
Institute of Distance Education, University of Madras
NSOU - Netaji Subhas Open Univesity (WBNSOU)
AMU - Aligarh Muslim University
