Kya B.A. mein 39 percent hone par M.A. English kar sakte hai ya nahi

Dear Neeraj, most Universities prefer candidates atleast 50% in your Bachelors degree to be eligible for Masters. And there is a 5% relaxation for Reserved Categories. But with 39% you are in a tough spot. However there still might be colleges which conduct admissions for below required aggregate as well. Or you may as well try studying PG through distance education. Universities like IGNOU aren't that particular with aggregates.
