Yes ,BCA syllabus is different for every college because mostly syllabus is made by university board members and different college is affiliated by different universities thats the reason mostly every college having different syllabus .

For example

Under Delhi university there are lots of colleges are present and they follow only single syllabus which one is prepared by DU .But in same state another college which is not under the DU they will not follow the same syllabus might be they will follow another one .
